AussieQS provides claims management services for clients which include the assessment of contractors’ progress claims, variations, EOT and prolongation cost claims. The assessment of a contractor’s progress claim for a client entails a monthly site visit during the construction phase, to assess and prepare a recommendation for payment. This also includes for an assessment on the contract compliance in terms of retention, materials on/off site, rectification of defects, etc.
As an additional service, AussieQS also prepares commercial reports to identify cashflow projections, actual costs incurred, forecasted costs and compares this with the client’s project budget.
Other claims such as those for acceleration, termination, insurance or other contractual claims could also be assessed for clients.
