AussieQS prepares early feasibility cost estimates based on initial sketch or concept designs. We ensure that the requirements are in accordance with the client’s brief and undertake comparisons with other projects and design options to identify the best solution for the client.
Development approval estimates are also prepared for clients in accordance with the council’s professional QS submission requirements. AussieQS also prepares pretender elemental estimates and detailed bills of quantities for cost planning, estimating and management purposes.
AussieQS also provides value management services especially at early stages of a project, to attain a reduction in costs without a significant effect on functionality. This could then be further reviewed with detailed design development subject to the delivery method chosen for the project.
Value engineering services are also provided to cost engineer specific components and elements to ensure the costs are reduced to meet the client’s budget particularly during design development prior to construction.
